Factory Matched Automotive Paint

We can mix factory matched for you in pints, quarts, and gallons.  Most factory color codes are available in either urethane basecoat, single stage urethane, or aerosol cans, however certain colors can only be mixed in our premium basecoat line.

We recommend using our premium or standard urethane basecoat for complete paint jobs in a metallic color.  The premium basecoat will cover faster, requiring less material, and the metallics will generally look better.

Single stage urethane is a good option if you are shooting a solid (non-metallic) color, but we recommend choosing a basecoat for metallic colors.

Our premium basecoat will have a better color match than our standard basecoat, so it is recommended for spot repairs.  It is a better match overall, and will give you better results.  Either way, we recommend blending the color into adjacent panels for the best match.

We mix colors according to the vehicle manufacturers color standard.  Experience tells us that your vehicle may vary slightly from the manufacturers standard color for a variety of reasons.  Vehicle manufacturers use the same paint codes for many different models made in different plants over the course of several years.  These vehicles will all appear to be the same at a distance, but up close will show color variations.  Our database includes color variances and alternates, but we mix the standard formula unless we discuss with you otherwise.  There is no way to determine if you vehicle is a variation from the standard without comparing it in person.  If you are in doubt, please order a color spray out before ordering your mixed paint.
